NOKIA + WITHINGS

Building Beyond Telecom

When Nokia ventured into new verticals — introducing a 360º camera and acquiring the French wearables maker, Withings — our mission was to bolster the company's footprint in Silicon Valley and the broader tech landscape. We developed social strategy and framework the company's internal team could easily adopt and scale.

SCOPE

Social Media Strategy
Content Creation

APPROACH

We anchored our social media strategy around content pillars — guiding lights like Answers and Inspiration — and audience cohorts — from flip-phone fans to industry pros. This framework facilitated a simple method of tracking and reporting while allowing us to build and refine a balanced, resonant content mix.

RESULTS

Following a few months of collaboration with Nokia to launch and refine the strategy, engagement metrics significantly increased. Our joint efforts led to a robust, data-driven social media engine, which we successfully transitioned to Nokia's internal team, providing them with essential tools and strategies for continued growth and engagement.
