This double-sided marketplace had to guide users through everything from onboarding to closing. We focused on clarity, speed, and usability, testing every step to reduce friction and support smarter decision-making. This work included the launch of the industry’s first white-label SaaS product, which increased platform conversions by 34% year over year.
Ten-X.com needed to work harder as a conversion tool and brand hub. I led a full redesign grounded in user research, analytics, and company priorities. The updated site delivered a cleaner, smoother experience that aligned with the platform’s business goals and made it 10x easier for users to understand the power of the Ten-X platform and what it could do for them.
